🍽 Serves 4 | 🕐 Cooking time: 8-10 mins
650g Minced Chuck Steak
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
Emmental Cheese Slices
4 Burger Buns
Mix together the minced chuck steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder , salt and pepper in a bowl. Separate the mixture into 4 balls and flatten into burgers.
Set the grill to a high heat and lightly brush the burgers with olive oil on both sides.
Grill the burgers for approx 4-5 minutes on each side. A minute before removing the burgers, add a slice of Emmental cheese on top of them so it melts from the grill.
Whilst the burgers are grilling, add the remaining olive oil to a frying pan and fry the bacon on a medium high heat for 4- 8 mins depending on how crispy you want it,
Remove the burgers and place them into the burger buns. Top with the cooked bacon, salad leaves, sliced gherkins and sliced tomatoes.
